Introduction:

Gulfport Main Street is seeking proposals from qualified professional light installation companies for the installation of LED lighting throughout downtown Gulfport, MS. The project will involve the placement of color-changing lights near existing poles, enhancing the aesthetic and safety of the area.

Scope of Work:

1. LED Lighting Installation: Install color-changing LED lights near existing poles throughout downtown Gulfport.

2. Compliance: Ensure all installations comply with local codes and regulations.

3. ARPA Regulations: Adhere to all rules and guidelines provided by the Department of Finance and Administration (DFA) for the expenditure of ARPA funds.

4. Coordination: Work closely with Gulfport Main Street and relevant local authorities to ensure seamless integration of the lighting system.

Proposal Requirements:

  • Company Information: Provide an overview of your company, including relevantexperience and qualifications.

  • Project Plan: Detailed plan outlining the approach, timeline, and resources required for the project.

  • Budget: Comprehensive budget breakdown, ensuring cost-effectiveness within the specified $125,000 project budget.

  • Compliance: Description of how the proposal will meet all ARPA regulations and guidelines provided by DFA.

  • References: Contact information for at least three previous clients for whom similar work has been completed.
